Pool Fencing Compliance Certificate

Pool Safety Barrier Inspection Process

Our inspectors are qualified to identify any defects with your pool safety barrier and provide you with a detailed report on the condition of the safety barrier.

An onsite safety barrier assessment will be carried out by one of our experienced inspectors on your safety barrier. If any issues of non compliance are identified the customer will be provided with a list of said issues and also a report detailing how to make your barrier a complying barrier. If any issues are identified we can have any minor repairs taken care of at our customers convenience. Once the repairs have been made or if there are no issues identified you will be issued with a safety report stating that your barrier is a complying barrier.

Pool Barrier Compliance Act

Compliance certificates will be required as of April 2016 with all sales and leasing of properties with swimming pools. Whether selling or leasing their property, our services will help you meet your legal obligations as swimming pool owners. Once the initial inspection has been carried out and any required repairs completed we can provide a compliance certificate. This can be requested through either yourself or your real estate agent. By getting us to do this our customers can be assured of quick service to facilitate a swift sale or lease of the property.
